PROCEDURES FOR BECOMING A MEMBER OF THE BEACON CLUB

To receive a membership application, please call (405) 239-2461 and we will have you talk with Mike Sameri, the General Manager and an application will be sent to you.  The application when received will go to the membership committee for approval.

• Catering Services - The Beacon Club provides full catering services from simple to elegant breakfast, lunches or dinners.
• Dress Code - Coat Required for Formal Dining Room. Informal Dining is done in the Buffet area at lunch only.
• Billing - The member and/or spouse sign for all services with membership number and name and legible signature.  A 18% service charge is automatically added to food and beverage charges and the tickets are enclosed in your monthly statement.  The billing is done after the close of business on the 25th of the month.  A 1.5% penalty per month will be charged on past due accounts.  The Beacon Club requires full payment of all membership account balances within thirty (30) days of statement date.  Membership accounts not paid in full within thirty (30) days of billing, the account will be considered delinquent.
• Termination of Membership - Written notice is required.
• Parking - Parking is available behind the Oklahoma Tower in the Galleria Parking garage, or in the evenings street parking is also available.
• Smoking Policy - No smoking in the Oklahoma Tower.
